Mobile Crushing Line
Crushing and Sorting of Gravel Aggregate using the MOBILE LINE
We offer crushing and sorting of gravel aggregate in three levels, or alternatively recycling, all on the mobile line of 220 tons per hour in capacity, including the operating machines.
Optional production of three resulting gravel fractions with quality conforming to gravels and gravel aggregates for usage with construction road layers and railroad track ballasts, fractions of 0/32, 0/63, 32/63.
Optional production of crushed gravel aggregate for usage with concretes or asphalt mixtures with a corresponding shape index – tertiary crushing and final sorting, minimum capacity of 100 tons per hour, e.g. the fractions of 0/4, 4/8, 8/11, 8/16, 11/22
Primary Crushing Machine on the Caterpillar Frame METSO LT 105
with soil remover and jaw crusher Metso 105 C with an input hole of 1,060 x 700 mm.
Secondary Crushing Machine on the Caterpillar Frame Metso LT 200 HPB
with conical crushing machine HP 200, with reverse circuit and 3-meshwork crushing machine 1.6 x 5.45 meters.
Tertiary Crushing Machine on the Wheel Frame METSO NW 100 HPC
with conical crushing machine HP 100 and 3-meshwork crushing machine 1.5 x 4 meters.
Mobile Line is Operated by
caterpillar excavator VOLVO EC 290 and wheel loader KOMATSU WA 480-5H.
Mobile lines can be used individually as well.
